Come to the Free Fundamentals class given each week! The class familiarizes the new student with thebasic exercises and principles that underlie all of the movements in the Pilates Method. The class consists of16 basic exercises and is strongly recommended for all students wishing to enter a fitness program withthe studio. Please contact the studio to enroll in the free class or to set up a individual session if you can not attend the listed times.

We provide everything you need! However, feel free to bring your own water bottle and mat if you desire.
Loose fitting, comfortable clothes are encouraged. Some of the exercises require you to put your legs in theair, so shorts may not be the best choice. Shoes and socks are not usually worn during sessions.

Once you have completed the Fundamentals you can enroll into a Level 1 mat class or take a private lesson.We offer affordable rates on both mat and machine lessons to fit all budgets and lifestyles. Group lessons on the equipment are also available. Students may purchase mat class sessions by the class, in a group, or by the month. New Students receive a $10 discount off their first private machine session.
